We will extend the closing of the coffee shop area until October 15, 2026, in order to complete additional updates to the facilities and equipment. 

Beginning October 1, 2026, we will begin accepting reservations for the community meeting room. The space will be available while we complete ongoing repairs to the coffee shop.

UMBC Transit

UMBC Transit provides safe, reliable, responsive shuttle services to meet the transportation needs of the UMBC community, including the need for a cup of specialty coffee from OCA Mocha. The nearest stop is East Drive and Maple Avenue on the Arbutus Line.

Parking

Public parking is available on the street and in the East Drive lot near OCA Mocha; please be mindful that some parking areas are time-limited, have meters, or are privately owned.
